We have some special opportunities for individuals that can qualify as a Regional Vice President to provide sales management expertise within geographically defined territories. Our Regional Vice Presidents are responsible for recruiting sales representatives within their region and then motivating and leading their team.
A candidate must have demonstrable experience in successfully managing a geographically diverse sales team with hospitality or meeting planning industry experience preferred. Each Vice President will be expected to lead a team of approximately 15 representatives centered in major metropolitan areas but with up to multi-state boundaries.
The compensation consists of overrides on the productivity of the sales team with projected annual income of $200,000 +. There is also an equity opportunity.
